Senior partner at Baker Tilly in China, appointed to IFAC Board

Baker Tilly International is delighted to announce that Lei (Stone) Yan, has been appointed to the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Board. He was nominated to the position by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).

Lei is a senior partner and head of assurance and international business at Baker Tilly in China. He has extensive experience in the auditing and consulting of companies with large-scale international operations, as well as of IPO auditing in China’s capital markets. Lei is a member of the SME Implementation Group of IFRS and the HR Development Committee of CICPA, which focuses on the training of talent in the industry.

Lei is a Chinese certified public accountant. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from North China Electric Power University and his master’s degree in business management from the Central University of Finance and Economics.
