Baker Tilly network firms MHA and MHA Moore and Smalley have merged, effective 3 April 2024. The combined entity will trade as MHA and boasts a team of 1,735 people across 22 offices in the UK.
This is MHA’s fourth merger in the last year, following mergers in Cardiff, Edinburgh and Aberdeen, and sees the firm continue its upward trajectory of exponential growth across the UK.
