Baker Tilly in Spain and AddVANTE have reached an agreement to merge their activities. The newly combined entity will rank among the top 12 business advisory firms in Spain, with a team of more than 375 professionals across 10 offices. With a focus on the provision of high quality audit, legal and tax advice, AddVANTE strengthens Baker Tilly’s existing service capabilities in the key growth areas of M&A, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, energy and real estate advisory services. AddVANTE will continue to trade under their existing name.
