Baker Tilly (US) has announced its intent to acquire Hancock Askew & Co., LLP, a well-established accounting and advisory firm with deep roots in Georgia and Florida. This strategic move expands Baker Tilly’s south-east presence, enhancing its resources, expertise and client service capabilities.
With offices in key markets – including Savannah, Atlanta, Augusta, Tampa, Jacksonville and Orlando — Hancock Askew brings strong regional ties and deep client relationships, further strengthening Baker Tilly’s reach in the region.
