Baker Tilly US announces multiple acquisitions

23 November, 2022

Baker Tilly US, LLP continues to expand its geographic presence from coast to coast, strategically pinpointing the right markets with the right talent. In its latest move, the firm has announced its intent to combine with full-service accounting and advisory firm Henry+Horne, LLP (Henry+ Horne) in Arizona effective 1 December.

Arizona continues to be a hotspot for business and innovation, especially in technology and manufacturing. Henry+Horne has had a front-row seat to this economic growth for the past 65 years. A Top 200 nationally ranked CPA firm*, its 160 team members specialise in audit and accounting, tax consulting and compliance, litigation and valuation, estate, gift and trust and international services, serving clients from three Arizona locations: Tempe, Scottsdale and Casa Grande.

Also effective 1 December, the firm will combine with tax consultancy firm ACG, LLP (ACG). The move reinforces Baker Tilly’s commitment to significant and continued investment in high-end corporate tax services following the firm’s acquisition of True Partners Consulting, LLC (TPC) in November. ACG is a trusted name in corporate tax, particularly in the technology and transportation sectors. The firm is woven deeply into the Silicon Valley business community and serves clients across the US. With ACG and TPC, Baker Tilly becomes one of the largest firms providing corporate tax services in the Bay Area market.
