Baker Tilly Italy has welcomed a new legal firm, Studio Legale Associato Sidoti (Sidoti), to its local network.
Based in Milan, Sidoti brings new capabilities to our Italian legal service offering, with deep experience in real estate, employment financial and restructuring. The firm will rebrand to Baker Tilly Sidoti & Partners with immediate effect.
Xavier Mercadé Sanmartí, the network’s Regional Chair for Europe, Middle East and Africa said: “Over the last 12 months, our network in Italy has strengthened and repositioned itself to be able to provide a full range of professional services in Italy under the Baker Tilly brand.
